By accessing and using the website of ELITE BOATS MANUFACTURING L.L.C (License No. LIC-IND-38 798), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please exit our website immediately. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on this website, including (but not limited to) 3D models, technical schematics, product photos, design layouts, text, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of ELITE BOATS MANUFACTURING L.L.C. You are strictly prohibited from copying, framing, reproducing, or using any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND ORDERS

— Our core activities include the manufacturing, importing, and exporting of Pleasure and Sporting Boats.
— All prices displayed are subject to change based on raw material costs and international currency fluctuations (AED/USD). The final price is confirmed upon formal quotation.
— Export orders are subject to UAE customs tariffs and destination country import duties, which are borne by the buyer.
— We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a system error in pricing or a stock shortage.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
— Our boats are manufactured in accordance with international safety standards; however, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents caused by misuse, improper maintenance, neglect, or unauthorized modifications to the vessels.
— We do not guarantee that our website will be completely error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted at all times.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELITE BOATS MANUFACTURING L.L.C, its owner (Dimitry Sukiasov), and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are exclusively governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any and all disputes arising between you and the Company shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates.
